Customers of popular Bank, Access Bank PLC are currently having a difficult time as they are denied access to their funds deposited in the bank.
This is happening because they are unable to access their funds through the use of USSD channel or the bank app which have no been working for some hours now.
Some of the customers, who took to social media platform, X (formerly known as Twitter) to express their frustrations also questioned the bank’s manner of handling the problem which had lasted for hours.
The complaints which continued to pour in helped pushed the bank’s name up the trending issues chart on X with more customers expressing their frustrations on their inability to carryout transactions through both channels.
The users who made their opinions known also called for urgent response from the bank ito help resolve the problem.

As at the time to filing this report, it remained unclear when the issue would be rectified and customers would be able to use both channels for transaction.
