Edo State Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu, has reportedly been denied access to his office at the Edo state Government House in Benin.
According to reports, the Deputy Governor could not gain entry into the state house on Monday as he met the gate under locks and keys.
The Deputy Governor and his aides reportedly left the government house after waiting for about an hour without seeing anyone allowing him into the state house.
The reasons behind the controversy have not been unraveled as at the time of filing this report.
