A woman in a viral video where she physically abused and caused physical injuries on a very young girl has been arrested by men of the Nigeria Police Force.
The woman identified as Ihsanatu Shaaibu was arrested by the Police to answer for the criminal act she committed against her stepdaughter.
According to a statement signed by the Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi described the steps taken by the Police to ensure justice is served in the case.
“In relation to the viral video where a woman identified as Ihsanatu Shaaibu physically abused and caused grievous injuries to her stepdaughter Fa’iza Bala, a 5 year old.
“The Suspects have been arrested today, Thursday 9th Jan 2025, and will be prosecuted as soon as investigations are concluded. We will keep you abreast of the proceedings. Thank you.”
