The Ondo State Commissioner of Police Abiodun Oladimeji Asabi has encouraged the leadership of Ekimogun Youths Connect to continue to do their good works in Ondo Community. He mentioned this when the President of the youth organisation Comr Famakinwa Lucaskakaki led a team of Ondo Youth Stakeholders to his office yesterday December 20, 2023.
The Commissioner of Police who resumed early September immediately he was deployed by the IGP Egbetokun is aware of the support the youths are giving to the security system in Ondo City. While discussing with the team, the CP also encouraged the youth president to work more on drug abuse among youths as this is the gateway to health problems and psychological imbalance which may lead to untimely death of youths.
The president appreciates the CP and promised to continue to support the security system in Ondo City as well as work on how drug abuse can be noticeably reduced amongst the youths. He also mentioned some of the plans of the youth organisation to combat drug abuse in 2024 and the CP promised to always support any program that will have positive impact on the youths.
