The Lucky Guy Movement (TLG) in Ward 10 of Ondo West Constituency I has pledged to mobilize and deliver no fewer than 6,000 votes for Hon. Moyinolorun Ogunwumiju and all candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming election.
According to a statement issued by the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of TLG Ward 10, Ayodele Rasaq, the commitment was made during a visit by Hon. Ogunwumiju to members of the movement on Tuesday.
During the engagement, Hon. Ogunwumiju charged members of the group to remain steadfast, united and dedicated to the collective goal of securing victory for the APC at the polls.
He emphasized the need for members to work harmoniously with all critical stakeholders across the constituency, stressing that collaboration would be vital to the success of the party and the overall development of Ondo West Constituency I.
The lawmaker was warmly received by enthusiastic members of the movement, who welcomed him with songs, chants and expressions of support throughout the visit.
Speaking during the meeting, Hon. Ogunwumiju expressed appreciation for the loyalty and commitment demonstrated by members of the group over the years.
He commended the movement for its unwavering support and encouraged members to sustain their grassroots mobilization efforts as preparations for the election gather momentum.
Also addressing the gathering, the Ward Coordinator of TLG Ward 10, Hon. Michael Akinduro, thanked Hon. Ogunwumiju for maintaining close contact with party supporters and grassroots stakeholders in the ward.
As part of activities during the visit, Hon. Akinduro presented support caps donated by members of the movement to aid the electioneering campaigns of Hon. Ogunwumiju and other APC candidates seeking elective positions.
The meeting concluded with renewed assurances from members of TLG Ward 10 that they would work tirelessly to ensure the electoral success of Hon. Ogunwumiju and all APC candidates in the forthcoming election.
