The National Executive Council (NEC) of the Cherubim and Seraphim Unification Church has reaffirmed its confidence in the leadership of Primate Dr. Ade-Turton Onibode by returning him for a second term as Chairman of the Ondo State Unification of C&S Churches, while also formally recognising the Ondo State C&S Unification Youth Leadership led by Bro. Michael Akinduro during a historic parental inauguration.
The ceremony, attended by church leaders, ministers, youth representatives and members from across the country, celebrated the renewal of Primate Onibode’s mandate and highlighted the Church’s commitment to strengthening unity, effective leadership and youth participation in its affairs.
Speaking at the event, the NEC, led by its Chairman, His Grace, Elder Dr. S. A. O. Adeoye (JP) and Secretary General, Senior Apostle Tayo Ajose (JP), commended the Ondo State Youth Leadership for its dedication and commitment to the vision of the Church.
The Council described the recognition of the youth leadership as an acknowledgement of its outstanding contributions, saying the Ondo State Youth Fellowship has demonstrated “dedication, exemplary service and steadfast commitment to the vision, unity, and progress of the Cherubim and Seraphim Unification Church.”
Under the leadership of Bro. Michael Akinduro, the Ondo State C&S Unification Youth Fellowship, has continued to champion programmes aimed at promoting youth participation, spiritual growth, unity and meaningful support for the Church.
The NEC noted that the recognition should serve as an encouragement for young members to remain committed to service and continue contributing to the future of the Church.
The youth fellowship reaffirmed its commitment to working closely with both the state and national leadership to implement programmes that will strengthen the Church, empower young people and promote the shared values of evangelism, unity and spiritual development.
Congratulating Primate Onibode on his re-election, the Fellowship prayed for God’s wisdom, strength, sound health and grace as he begins another term in office. It also commended the NEC for recognising the contributions of the youth leadership, expressing confidence that the decision would further promote unity, progress and sustained growth within the Cherubim and Seraphim Unification Church.
