Blessing CEO Apologizes Amid Stage Four Cancer Controversy and Fraud Allegations

Controversial Nigerian influencer Blessing CEO has issued an apology following intense backlash over her claims of having stage four cancer.

The situation escalated when Xinus Medical Diagnostics disputed her medical report, alleging it was a forged document originally belonging to a cancer survivor named Deborah Mbara.

The fallout has led to serious legal threats, with Mbara’s family petitioning the EFCC over allegations of cyberbullying, forgery, and fraud. Reports suggest Blessing may have raised over N300 million through public donations, prompting the Nigerian Cancer Society to demand a formal investigation into the matter.

Despite the evidence of document tampering, Blessing maintains that her underlying health issues are genuine. After a brief hiatus from social media, she returned to insist she did not lie about being ill, though she expressed regret for the “drama and embarrassment” the situation caused her followers.

To rebuild trust, the influencer promised to be fully transparent moving forward by sharing her official biopsy and scan results. She compared this upcoming “journey” to how she previously documented her cosmetic surgeries, pledging to keep the public informed of every medical step.

Addressing the financial controversy, Blessing thanked those who donated but offered to refund anyone uncomfortable with the ongoing dispute. She requested that dissatisfied donors provide proof of payment and their account details to facilitate the return of their contributions.
