Iran has issued a stern warning to hotel owners in neighboring countries, specifically targeting those in Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.
The Iranian military stated that these hotels must not provide rooms to U.S. military members. According to local reports, Iran warned that any civilian building or hotel housing American troops will now be considered a “legitimate target” for future attacks.
This warning follows recent missile strikes by Iran and its allies that reportedly damaged U.S. military bases in the region. Because of these attacks, some American personnel have allegedly moved into local hotels for safety.
Iran claims it has tracked these new locations across several countries and is also monitoring U.S. Marines who were recently moved to Djibouti. Essentially, Iran is telling its neighbors that if they continue to host U.S. forces in civilian areas, those areas will no longer be treated as safe zones.
